Friendliness and helpfulness of the staff.

I was reluctant to eat the continental breakfast.

There were no utensils with the continental breakfast. When I brought this to the attention of one of the custodians, she brought in a handful of plastic utensils. She could have handled the food in the same way i.e, with bare hands. I didn't eat the food. ...read more

The whirlpool was a great feature.

Parking lot needs repairing.

This was a perfect place, close to downtown Philadelphia and the room was very comfortable.

Everything was terrific, the room and bathroom was very large and spacious; comfortable bed; friendly front desk personnel; I would stay again.

Carpet could have used a good shampoo.

Excellent hotel. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and clean. The front desk personnel were very friendly; close to the highway with restaurants not far away. Elevator seemed iffy.

Located just off the highway, provides light breakfast, access to computer in their lobby for those of us who don't carry one around with them was very handy as I forgot to bring a few directions.
